Fee schedule & pricing policies

  • CMMA Neutral rates are between $400-500 Per Hour for 2-party ADR events. Contact CMMA for the hourly rate for your multi-party ADR event.

  • Contact CMMA for the hourly rate of the desired Neutral.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all CMMA fees charged to the parties shall be split evenly between them.

  • Posted CMMA fees and pricing subject to change.

FEE SCHEDULE & PRICING POLICIES

Mediation

  • Mediation will be scheduled only after receipt by CMMA of the completed Submission form and payment of required deposit.

  • Deposit required equal to 4 hours at Mediator’s hourly rate for a half day anticipated mediation; 6 hours for a full day anticipated mediation.

  • For scheduled full day mediation, Mediator’s time will be billed in thirty-minute increments after the initial 6 hours.

  • For scheduled half day mediation, Mediator’s time will be billed in thirty-minute increments after the initial 4 hours.

  • CMMA will return any unused portion of deposit after the initial 4 hours based on CMMA’s final invoice. 

  • Balance due after completion of the mediation session and upon receipt of the CMMA invoice for any time greater than 4 hours for half day session or 6 hours for full day session, respectively.

  • Mediator’s preparation time will be charged. 

  • Cancellation of Mediation 5 business days or less before scheduled Mediation will result in a cancellation fee equal to 3 hours at the Mediator’s hourly rate.

Arbitration

  • Arbitration will be scheduled only after receipt by CMMA of the completed Submission form and payment of deposit.

  • Deposit required equal to 4 hours at Arbitrator’s hourly rate for a scheduled half day arbitration; 6 hours for a scheduled full day arbitration.

  • CMMA will return any unused portion of deposit after the initial 6 hours based on CMMA’s final invoice. 

  • The Arbitrator’s final decision will only be sent to the parties after CMMA has received payment of CMMA final invoice.

  • Final invoice to include Arbitrator’s preparation time at Arbitrator’s hourly rate. 

  • Maximum daily charge for an arbitration session equal to 8 hours at Arbitrator’s hourly rate. 

  • Cancellation of Arbitration 5 business days or less before scheduled Arbitration will result in a cancellation fee equal to 4 hours at the Arbitrator’s hourly rate.

NEUTRAL CASE EVALUATION

  • Case evaluation may begin only upon receipt by CMMA of completed Submission form and payment of deposit. 

  • Deposit required equal to 3 hours at Neutral’s hourly rate.

  • Neutral’s time will be billed in thirty-minute increments after the initial 3 hours.

  • The Neutral’s final report will only be sent to the parties after CMMA has received payment of CMMA final invoice. 

  • Cancellation of NCE after Neutral’s work has commenced will result in a cancellation fee equal to 3 hours at the Neutral’s hourly rate.
