VALIDATED PARKING FOR CMMA
CMMA offers visitors validated parking in the Mercantile Parking lot which can be accessed from Commercial Street. You won’t receive a ticket when you park. Once you park, walk through the 100 Front Street high rise office building, cross Front Street, and walk to the entrance of CMMA’s office building (the M & T office building). We will need your license plate number in order to enter your vehicle information into the system and validate your parking. When you leave, you simply drive through after the gate opens.
